Unlike most other exchange students I did not go travelling for the whole recess week. The reason being the diving classes I had and a diving trip to Malaysia this weekend. Also, there were several assignments that needed to be finished.. which made me feel like the busiest exchange student ever. The trip was amazing. Even though it was way too short I got quite a nice experience and insight into diving. Jae, my Korean dive buddy came along and we met some more NUS students on the way. The place where we stayed was owned by a British dude who grew up in Asia and fulfilled his dream of diving for a living. Diving was seriously amazing.. I felt like flying in a dreamland in between all those coral and fish formations. Great stuff, need to do it again!
